25 Shadow Work Affirmations
If shadow work is right for you, the following affirmations can be used to help you integrate the shadow self. You can also find guided affirmations on our YouTube channel.
Practice repeating the affirmations out loud. Be sure to state them as if you believe them to be true. You can also write your affirmations down -repeatedly to help instill the statements. If you are interested in other writing-based shadow work, you can also check out our journal prompts.
